Budge is a personal budgeting tool that helps you see your money, plan your spending, and track goals. Budge is not a bank, and it does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Information in the app — including AI-generated insights — is for general informational purposes only. Always verify before making financial decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Budge.

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.

If you connect a financial account, you authorize us and our provider Plaid to access it on a read-only basis to retrieve balances and transactions. Budge cannot move money or make transactions. You can disconnect an account at any time.

“Ask Budge” generates responses using AI based on your in-app data. Responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional advice. Use your own judgment.

• Don’t use Budge for any unlawful purpose or to access data that isn’t yours.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
• Don’t resell or misrepresent the service.

Budge is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We don’t guarantee that account data, categorizations, or calculations are error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Budge and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any financial decisions you make based on the app.

You can stop using Budge and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms as Budge grows. We’ll update the “last updated” date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
